H10 White Suites, Lanzarote

Reading previous reviews, this Hotel appears to send out a cloudy message. However the welcome was friendly and efficient with a gladly received glass of cava. The room we were allocated was on the ground floor and did overlook the car park but had a lovely sunny terrace in the afternoon. Very clean and spacious with a nice bathroom with an an excellent shower. Breakfast was up to the standard of any 4* star Hotel and plenty of choice including again morning fizz. Clients appear to moan about the hot section but if you do want a fresh omelette cooked to your liking, expect to wait! I cannot comment on the lunch and evening meal as we were only B&B. Pools are very clean and we always found sun beds. However there definitely were systemic bed baggers who apparently had got nothing else in their life but to get up at the crack of dawn to secure their favourite spot. Queues did grow at the pool bar but that is the down side of all inclusive. Location is excellent for both the Marina and the strip. Parking for a hire car is plentiful. Overall my conclusion is that the there is no problem with the Hotel but there is with the clientele it attracts!

Very nice hotel ,comfortable beds, very clean and in a good spot for walking to amenities .Entertainment at the pool every night and all were very good , we only went bed and breakfast but plenty of choice every morning, pool bar staff a little slow on service but we told them and they understood our concern and reported it to reception .Would recommend a visit to this hotel.

Lost count of visits here possibly 19. Weather wonderful. Room perfect. And kept spotless. New Italian restaurant very impressive. Main restaurant and the pool bar also great places to eat . The grounds are kept immaculate by the hard working staff. I think the main advantage for this hotel is the staff. Great to be recognised when you return by the smiling faces. Jhoan is always there to help. Reception staff the same. All the restaurant and bar staff super friendly. Maloud remembers your preferred drink. You cant beat that. Cant wait to be back in October.

Just me and the wife this time sadly a lot going on in the background. Weather was fabulous which was a bonus but. THE HOTEL STAFF WERE FABULOUS A REAL TEAM EFFORT WITH THE TEAM AT THE TOP OF THEIR GAME. A real fabulous holiday in great surroundings with fantastic staff Met and made new friends xx now thats a real bonus

Huge thank you to Johan and team for such a lovely warm welcome and taking care of me during my stay, everyone is so friendly, professional and really helpful. The hotel is beautiful inside and out the pools and gardens are well maintained. The food was lovely as always with so much choice. The live music and DJ were fantastic as was the the Aqua bike session every Sunday. The nearby beaches are beautiful, It is my 4th visit and intend to return again soon. Thank you again and for the personal touches that means such a lot.
